Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

If an employer is stating that you quityour position even though you never resigned and now they are denying you a severance package or payment for your vacation time is that legal? I was told I would get the payment for my vacation time and it is now being denied. Is there any recourse for this?

You failed to provide actual facts of what happened, and we don't know anything about any severence package or your employer's requirements for vacation pay. Because you left out virtually all facts, no one here can answer your question.
