Does a employer have the right to terminate me of 2 years service for doing something my superior told me to (for ex. take gas key and code to get gas in my personal vehicle for company use. Company vehicle broke down - having to use personal vehicle for company use to remodel hospital)? Could only get gas key and code from my superior.
