my employer has today decided to fire me for him asking me to falsify documentation (i do have one old e-mail proving this) finally about 3 months ago i told him i would not do anymore fake documentation with my signature. can i sue him?

See a criminal lawyer to protect yourself. Before worrying about suing him, worry if you can be charged with a crime.
First, why would you still want to work there and why would you have not walked out the first time you were asked to falsify documents? Your post indicates you have done it before, which indicates you were a participant in whatever scheme may have been going on. Do you really think it is a good idea to pursue legal action and stir things up? As stated, see a lawyer in case you become the target.
