Employers rights to use ''At-will clause'' and Employees Rights.

At-will clause in employment applications signed before employment is offered, usually within application process;with or without cause. Unfair practices and extent of employer exercising this law and any rights or options the employee who was suddenly let go only after 5 days?...Not allowed or given the opportunity to acclimate with new job duties or company procedures. Please help..

Generally, if you are an at-will employee, your employment can be terminated at any time and for no reason. However, the reason for the termination cannot be discriminatory.
