we work as subs for a large home improvement co. we receive work on a rotation 1 for us 1 for them and so on we gave notice that we were going to take some time off for my childs wedding when we notified the co we were ready to get back to work they would not give us work while we were out the manager quit and the new person stated we had 12 thousand in repairs outstanding and he did not want us back we contacted his superviser talked to him he has has told us at least 25 times over the last 3 months he put us back in but has not we had 1 face to face with upper management they could not show any repairs worth 12 thousand but handed me 5 that material and labor would not total 200 dollars plus 1 was 2 years old and out of warrenty they again assured us we would get work nothing! spoke to several employees and found that the new super cleaned out past items and tried charged them to us also all their locations are in extream need for workers. found that a past employee was fired from one location and is now subbing work for this one we have worked for 3 months to get this straight mean time my finances are crap i lost well over 25,000 thousand and the stress that it has caused us both is unbareable i have completed over 3,000 jobs

The answer is the same as last time the question was asked - do you have a contract that states they are required to provide you with additional subcontract work for a certain period of time? I am not sure of your basis for believing they are under an obligation to keep giving you work.
