Can an employer give you your first written warning notice and write two previous oral warning incidents that were never presented to you on paper

We don't know how your employer operates or your terms of employment, and it is highly likely it is not a legal issue. Since most employment is "at will," meaning the employee can be terminated for any or no reason (with a few exceptions), "warnings" are often a benefit. This is not the place to air out most squabbles at work.
