Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

employment

Can I legally refuse to bake bread in pans that have 1/4'' baked on bread and grease on them and are not cleaned. Sometimes they are dipped in hot soapy water and rinsed. All this does is let the bread soak up the filthy water. This bread is sold in a grocery store. I don't buy bread from there anymore and don't think any one else would if they saw it prepared.

Re: employment

Generally, an employee can refuse to perform the tasks of the job and the employer can hire someone else who will follow direction and do the job. We can't determine whether or not a pan is clean on this board, so there is no way to provide a more specific response.
