Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Employment

I was terminated from a job because the employer thought I was cause for a enormous amount of employee theft. I did admit to something I did previously, so I was terminated. I was not charged, but told to pay for what I took. What can this employer tell my future employer, if they are contacted?

Re: Employment
