Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
I was an executive assistant manager and an assistant manager came to me saying she took a lunch break. I questioned her because I doubted she actually did. The was persistent and she signed a form saying she did,so I put her in for a break. I told my store manager about the situation because I didn't believe her but had no proof. I was later fired for stealing time. Was this Right, or legal?

There is no right or entitlement to any job, absent a contract, and employees can be terminated for any or no reason (with few exceptions for discrimination). We can't conclude anything based on a couple sentences of one side of a story but your post does not raise legal issue.
