Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Exempt vs Non Exemp

We are a wholesale distribution facility with corporate offices in GA along with showrooms in the corporate office and other sateliite locations. We have them in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Dallas. These are managed by one individual and where their duties include daily upkeep, record keeping, reports, order processing as well as sales. Is it safe to classify them as Administrative and exempt?

Re: Exempt vs Non Exemp

Exempt from what? If you mean having to register as a foreign corporation, every state is technically different, but if the company has offices in each state, it will in all probability have to register.
