Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Falsly accused

I was accused of not going to the places I had written on my visit log. My new administrator said that someone in the office had said that I was not really working but at home. i told him to call all the places on my visit logs, but to my knowledge never did. He accused me of taking my personal file. He added additional work to my already heavey marketing route. He gave me several addition office duties to perform and expected me to keep up my high referral rate too. I was told by my marketing director to buy gifts for our some of the employees, because it was the week to recognize these paticular employees. I took and extra 30 minutes at lunch and bought the gifts. The admistrator made me take them back from these particular employees and give them to him, he said he was going to take them back, because I didn't authorize it through him. He said that I had to go through him before I could use my corperate credit card at all. This was news to me, I had never had to do that before. He also told me he was going to take my office away from me and give it to a new employee. I sais that was fine but since he expected me to work most of the time in the offic now, where was I going to work. He said I could find a place. Who was wrong?

Re: Falsly accused

We do not know who was "wrong" in the daily events of your office. Based on your side, it does not look like a great place to work. I am not sure of your LEGAL question.
