Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
fight at work
I was involved in a fight at work and was subsequently fired because of it, do I have any legal recourse considering the person hit me and left bruises. More assault than a clean fight?

You can consider filing a suit for assault, or even a criminal complaint. However, not surprisingly, this often leads to the same complaints being filed against you by the other person. You'll have to decide whether it is worth it.
