Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
I want to file a petition against my Georgia Department of Labor Commissioner. I have appealed their decision to deny my claim. The last effort is filing a petition.
I quit my job because the conditions were horrible where-in I could not perform my job.
I wish now I had stayed there done a crappy job and held on to my position like everyone else (now I am unemployed).
If I file a petition will it show on my record in any way when applying for future employment? I don't want this move to come back and bit me in the but.
If I file, what happens then? Will I have to appear in court?
What do you suggest? Should I file or just drop it?
Thank you.

You are asking for a thorough analysis and advice with nearly zero facts (you did not like the job and quit). That is not possible. If you want a full review of your case, you need to see a lawyer.
