Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I got into a finder binder on private property in my work truck and my employer has been taking 100.00/week out of my check. Their saying I have to pay 1000.00 and they still haven't fixed my work truck. Are they aloud to do that?

If you damaged your employer's truck and it was your fault, yes. Why did you not turn the claim into your car insurer, which probably would have paid it if you had full coverage?
