Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

just fired

My daughter was fired from her job for not seating a customer and a highchair in an area that the fire dept said was against fire code. The customer asked for corp Phone no. She works at a restaraunt. Also listed was the fact she could not tuck her shirt in. She is due 3/8/07. Fired today, does she have a case?
