Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
just fired
My daughter was fired from her job for not seating a customer and a highchair in an area that the fire dept said was against fire code. The customer asked for corp Phone no. She works at a restaraunt. Also listed was the fact she could not tuck her shirt in. She is due 3/8/07. Fired today, does she have a case?

Re: just fired
A case for what? If I read your post correctly (it is far from clear), she was fired for several work-related incidents. Employment is generally "at will," and an employee can be fired for nearly any reason or no reason at all.
