Fired for getting hurt on the job.
I got injured on the job while being employed thru a Staffing service. The next week they fired me because they said they couldnt use me anymore because i lost the use of my right hand. Is this legal.

If the injury was related to a requirement on the job, and you no longer could perform your job without a reasonable accomodation, then it is possible they are correct. However, if that is not so, they may have fired you in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Moreover, you may qualify for workers compensation, family medical leave, or disability, depending on the amount of time that you worked there and other factors.
