Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
Ok, I got fired today without warning for my cellphone. The manager did it infront of employees and i was wondering if I had a lawsuit case since he did it infront of employees and customers? Also, a girl came into work later and when she came back from break she was talking on her cellphone and he never said a word to her and she even had it laying out.

There are no general laws prohibiting embarrassment, so getting terminated in front of someone else is not an opportunity for a big check.
