forced to sign

Can your employer write a document in your name, as if you wrote it, and force you to sign it? Even though you disagree.

Simple solution - never sign anything you don't understand and agree to. That includes leases, contracts, letters, or other documents. If you do, you create the problem (even if someone else asked or tried to "force" you to do it).
