Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
Im just found out my co-team leader received a 5% raise when we got the job. This was almost 2 yrs ago. She is a black female and I'm a white male. Do I have a course of action?

More informaton is needed. Just because someone makes more money does not mean discrimination is an consideration. Read more at the EEOC website (www. EEOC.gov). If you believe you have a claim and you are a covered employee, file a charge with the EEOC. If you claim race or sex discrimination as a covered employee, you have to file a charge with the EEOC before you can sue in court under Title VII.
You don't need a lawyer to file a charge with the EEOC. However, it is strongly recommended that you consult with one beforehand. Many people harm their claims at the EEOC stage.

You don't have any legal right to make as much money as someone else because you are white (or black or anything else). No, you do not have a claim because someone else got a raise and you did not. Since that is all you ask, nothing in your post indicates you have a claim for anything (or probably even a dispute with your employer).
