GA employer wont pay last paycheck

My employer will not pay me my last paycheck. It has been over 2 months. What is the statute that requires them to pay and what are my options? I know that previous employees were paid within two weeks when they left the company.

If you can reach the employer by mail, send a demand letter for immediate payment and advise the employer that you intend to advise the Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service of the employer's failure to pay wages if payment is not received AND take those actions if you do not get paid.
