Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
I gave in my resignation letter to my employer. The supervisor called me later to tell me they "refuse to accept it". When I went to collect my last paycheck, I was told this again and realized they were serious. Today (already a week since my last day), one of the office workers alerted me that my name was in the schedule as if nothing happened, even though they are aware I already quit. Can they do this?

Assuming you have no contrant, are you asking if they can force you to work for them? Slavery and indentured servitude are out.
