I gave a written notice. My employer rejected it - sent me home - & now they're declining to pay my vacation benefits, too. Is this fair? In Savannah, GA,

"Fair" is not the issue, and you did not provide the information necessary to answer the real questions you did not ask. Try posting again, with facts about what benefits you think you are entitled to even though you apparently quit, and their reason for disagreeing.
