I didn't ask a guestion before this is the 1st time I asked this question and I would like to know in the state of Georgia if asked on a job application do you have any charges pending should I put the charges pending against me?

Why are you asking us? What is your legal question? You either answer the questions truthfully, or you lie and take the risk. That is not a legal issue.
