Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Not sure how to handle this one...

I was handed a note on my desk today with a date and a time to meet with my supervisor for corrective action. The note also stated I could have the union present on my behalf. I called his office and asked what the corrective action was in reference to so I could be prepaired for the meeting. To make a long story short we had a few words and I let him know that I could also grieve him for retallation against me, he has been targeting me for months. He then said ''Bring it on Baby!'' and hung the phone up. I called the compliance hotline and reported him.I felt it was a sexual jester, very unethical and he provoked me. I have had this job for 12 years, nothing on my record but kudo's. He's been here since October.I've had more trouble in the last 4 months then the last 12 years put together. What do I do?

You may want to contact an attorney to now. The attorney will want more background that provided in your question and may want to attend the meeting of which you speak.
