Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

If the Headquarter of a Coorporation is located in North Carolina, and the Manager is located and manages from California, but the employee works in Georgia, what state employment laws and codes must the Employer abide by when terminating the employee?

It depends on the employment agreement. If none, the state of the employee's residence will likely control.
