Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
We are in a hostile work enviroment we only have 3 employees all three of us have been harrassed verbally sexually discriminatory and we fear for our lives. we are unable to quit due to the fact that we have not found another job and we cant afford to walk. the owner of this company is doing this. if we quit can we file for unemployment? the eeoc will not help us because we have less that 15 employees. please advise.

People who actually have a real, reasonable fear for their life get in their car and don't look back. Otherwise, no one here knows what is going on as your post was vague and included no actual details. Your co-workers need to get together and see a lawyer who handles these matters. You might find that your option is to find other employment.
