Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

My HR/Recruiting Manager routinely discriminates based on age. I have my issues and have refused to rule out candidates based on this criteria continuing to submit them, but she is the "gate keeper" in who is actually presented to the hiring managers. There are many other issues I have with some of her unethical practices (that aren't necessarily unlawful). The last straw was yesterday when she rolled her eyes and threw a resume back at me because the candidate is a disabled veteran. She wouldn't even consider this candidate and stated "We don't want to inherit a problem." This candidate proudly served our country and is potentially disabled because of it (I can't ask questions about the nature of it and this was only based on a phone screening so we don't even know what the disability is) and she won't even consider the candidate or tell me the essential functions to determine if she can do the job. This candidate is qualified for the position in question. What can/should I do

I've let her know my disapproval and she is well aware it's in violation of employment law. i even asked her to tell me the essential functions for this role so that I can determine if the candidate can perform them.
