Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
My husband worked in a plant. He was told by his team leader to run bad parts that didnt meet the quality standards after a plnt meeting where the plant manager specifically stated anyone knowingly runs bad parts will be terminated. He has been out of his anxiety medication over a month due to 80+ hours work week. He felt backed into a wall because he didnt know what he was suppose to do. Not having his medication didnt help any. Instead of running bad parts for a shock to go on a ford vechile he walked out was told by plant manager to write a letter to hr. They told him it was being investigated, not sure if that happened or not,but he was refused his position back with the company.Aftter theres been cases where people has walked out and quit and the employer brought them back after 4-5 months of quitting.
Does this file under the ADA of the employer?

What do you mean "does this file under the ADA of the employer?" From your post, your husband quit his job or walked out and abandoned his job. The employer chose to not rehire or terminate him for doing so. It does not matter that they rehired someone else. What exactly do you think the employer did wrong (if that is what you are claiming - it is not clear), since it was your husband who walked out?
