Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Is it illegal to secretly record meeting with your manager in place of business during performance review. All info that I could locate states "private place" for one-consent.

It is generally legal for a person to record a conversation in which they are a party, in Georgia. Of course, that is a different issue than whether the employer can terminate an employee for doing so.
