Can your job deny short term disability if you sign up after you find out your pregnant. They are saying its pre exisiting.

"They are saying it is pre-existing??" From your first sentence, they are correct. Otherwise, no one here knows the terms of the employers plan and you did not tell us what the plan rules are. You probably have paperwork - read it. If you do not, ask for it, and read it.
