Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
Job duties
I was hired for one job, but my primary responsibilities is another job. I am being moved around to fit the needs of the organization. However, I am the only one being moved around. I work in health care. I do not feel that this is sex, race, or age discrimination, but it is definitely something. What is it? Do I have any recourse? And yes, my employer is satisfied with my job performance.

Re: Job duties
You have described the typical employer/employee relationship. Employees are hired to fit the company's needs, and the employee chooses to stay or seek other employment.
