Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
I quite my job on September 21 and had accured 18.3 hours of vacations. My employer stated that because I did not give them a 2 weeks notice that I forfeited my unused vacation. There was no rule nor was I ever told that I had to give 2 weeks to received my accured vacation

The Georgia Department of Labor, Unemployment Office, can sometimes assist in this, but the issues is really a benefit issue not a compensation issue so they may or may not help. There are almost always some rules regarding vacation time, and no one here has them.
