Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
Is it legal for an employer who has been paying an employee a monthly bonus to just stop the bonus with no warning? It was a verbal agreement and has been paid for 2 years and all of a sudden the employer just stopped.

Bonuses are typically discretionary. Unless you have a contract stating otherwise, you have no right to a bonus.
