Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Is it legal for my employer to require me to pay an insurance deductible for an accident in a company vehicle. Its an ambulance company and is insured. There is no contract signed. Thank you.

Since chose to not tell us the most important detail - who was at fault in the accident -- you won't get a firm response. People are generally liable for the damage they cause. Not only that, the insurer may decided to recover its losses and go after the entire amount of damages.
