Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I would like to know if it is legal for my employer to withhold my weekly bonus for any week that I'm out of work for one day in the week. I have not signed an agreement to this and the policy has just been put into place. My employer also stated that even with a doctor's excuse, the bonus will be with held.

No one here knows the terms and requirements for bonuses at your place of employment. It is called a "bonus" for a reason -- what contract or agreement do you have that provides that you were entitled to the bonus regardless of any time you missed?
