Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Is it legal to exchange free room and board with an individual in exchange for part time resident manager service? Or, do I have to pay them wages as well? I own 18 apartment units, and I have no employees and don't want any.

Yes, but you would still be responsible for paying income taxes on the value of the services you are receiving.
