Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Is it legal for a franchisee to force a salary employee/manager to work more than the pre-agreed salary hours with zero compensation? Also, can this same franchisee randomly determine what employees/managers are required to pay for uniforms etc. everytime these items are requested?
