is it legal to suspend a person charged of sexual harassment during the investigation even though there is no evidence of sexual harassment?

Employment in Georgia is at will, and absent a contract and employee can be terminated for any or no reason (except for certain kinds of discrimination). A suspension is a better option for the employee.
