Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I live in Georgia can i sue my employer for wages he has not paid in a month and no one seems to know when we are getting paid.

Sure, you can sue. It is safe to assume you'll immediately lose your job, but if your employer can't pay its employees it is a bad sign anyway. It is your choice to sue now or wait until you have another job lined up. The GA Dept. of Labor may be able to assist if it is a large company.
