Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I live in North Ga and work in Tenn. I have a problem at work wqith the new hours they gave me I cannot work them because I am filing for disability soon and my wife is our major bread winner. They changed my hours to the same hours she has. If I have to quit because of this conflict first where do I file in Ga or Tenn and am I eligable for unemployment. There are other circumstances involved as well.

No one here can guess how the disability factors in, why you can't work the same hours as your wife, or the "other circumstances" you leave out, but you certainly might have a big problem collecting unemployment if you quit your job because the hours are not convenient. If you are relying on it, you should probably reconsider.
