Are the managers of a restaurant allowed to remove from premises couriered(FedEx'd) payroll checks? He took them out as a means for employees to not cash them prematurely, and cause an overdraft on the company's account, and stated that other managers had handed the checks out the night before and overdrafts occurred.

Rather than a meaningless question about a fedex package, why don't you post a simple straightforward question that gets to the point and leave out the nonsense. If you did not get your paycheck, say so.
