Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

My manager's son girlfriend is employed at the job. Well she doesn't preform her job duties well, so I wrote her up for poor quality of work.Manager wrote me up for something that didn't pertain to the matter. She threaten to demote me if she has to talk to me again. I am planning on going to the administrator for nepotism. What should I do?

Since you chose not to tell us whether or not the complaint against you was valid, or what rules there are about nepotism (which would be an internal issue, not a legal issue), you don't raise a legal issue. There ia certainly no law prohibiting the hiring of a family friend (a lot of jobs are obtained that way), and there is no law that requires they prefer you over her. You have a complaint in your job, not a legal issue.
