Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I missed the deadline to appeal my denial of unemployment. I'm afraid that my previous employer will see the Dept. of Labor's decison and deny the internal appeal of my termination. Is there anyway I can still appeal the denial of unemployment benefits?
