money owed on commissions

What can I do to collect commissions owed to me in Georgia by a small carpet company.

Depending on the amount owed, either take them to magistrate (small claims) court or have an attorney write a demand letter and see if they will pay without having to file suit. If there is enough at stake, you may want to hire an attorney to file suit in state or superior court.
