Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
I was offered a salary position which included relocation 14 days after I accepted the offer and had resigned from my previous employer, I was given a repayment agreement for the relocation expenses if I voluntarily resigned within two years. At that point I didn't feel I really had a choice.I had to have the relocation package to move from Indiana to Georgia, and i had already resigned my previous employment. So I signed the agreement. Now the responsibilities of my job are increasing without compensation. Is it possible for me to get out of the relocation repayments agreement?

No one here has a copy and certainly no one can say you can get out of it merely because you want to get out of it (which is the only reason you provide).
