Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Still getting offers from Bank of America. Made ineligible for rehire. No help from HR. Is there anyway this can be overturned so I can take whats being offered for me?

Your post makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. It sounds like you think a bank that has said it wil not hire you is making offers to you. You are obviously leaving out a lot of necessary detail (what happened, why do they not want to hire you, why do you think they are making offers).
