Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

As part of my relocation the company was to reimburse me for closing costs on the sale of existing home and on purchase of the new home. We have not been able to see our house or purchase another one yet but the company has decided to close my office, can I recoup the expenses from the company? I would not have moved without the promise of this money.

No one here has the agreement or knows all the terms, but from what you say no expenses are owed. Had you wanted a set amount, or a guarantee of a certain amount even if the office was closed, there were things to negotiate in the beginning.
