Last paycheck

It has been a month since I have worked for my former employer.He keeps saying he is going to send me my last check. but he hasn't. he owes me about 1200 dollars as well some way past due overtime what can I do to get paid.

Check with the local Dept of Labor office. They may be able to help get that paychecl at no cost to you. If they can't, small claims/magistrate court.
