Do I have a lawsuit if an employer has shorted my paychecks and admitted they were in the wrong and promised to correct it and still has not.

Maybe, but how much money is at issue? Is it worth time and expense of filing a lawsuit? You may get the same result calling the Ga. Dept. of Labor. Either way, you may not be able to count on continued employment.
